Stator Core Lamination

Silicon steel lamination stacks sourced from qualified domestic suppliers. Precise slot geometry and thin-gauge materials minimize eddy current losses at high operational RPM typical of drone propulsion.

Housing Machining

Aluminum 7075-T6 motor housings CNC machined by domestic aerospace suppliers. Tight tolerances on bearing seats and stator press-fit ensure concentricity and vibration-free operation.

Stator Winding & Assembly

In-house precision winding and final assembly. Insulation class H rated wire with epoxy vacuum impregnation for moisture and vibration resistance. Electrically tested 100% in-process.

Rotor Assembly & Balance

In-house permanent magnet rotor assembly with precision balance to aerospace tolerances. Dynamic balance verification eliminates vibration-induced bearing wear and airframe resonance.

In-House Testing & Qualification

Each lot qualified in-house through thermal cycling, vibration, and operational endurance testing. Full traceability documentation provided for integration into customer supply chain records.
